Roosevelt’s response was to authorize U.S. warships to convoy British merchant
vassals farther and farther along their routes across the
Atlantic
. Charles Lindbergh wanted to enter the
military, but Franklin D. Roosevelt did not let him. Lindbergh then used his
connections to be able to fly missions against the Japan. The United States helped England and
France defeat the Nazis and The Atomic bomb was made. President Roosevelt and
Albert Einstein sent letters to each other for information on the A-bomb and the
Manhattan project began. Harry S. Truman became Presidnet and the Atomic bomb
known as "Fat man" and "little boy" was dropped on different
cities in Japan. There was much destruction of streets and homes.
Peoples ashes were embed in the sides of building and homes. Homes
and vehicles were destroyed. WWII ended and the Great Depression ended too.
